I almost had a heart attack! A years worth of work, please don't tell me i don't have to send another petition because I'm 4 days late. I feel so sick now. If I was you I would call the office of your congressman or senator, and ask for assistance, they usually have a free service for assisting in visa matters, they will be able to call the appropriate office involved in your case and try to resolve your situation. Do it immediately as time is of the essence, they might be able to convince Uscis to extend the deadline.

I am sorry , I replied to you assuming that you were American, and advised you to call your Congressman and or Senator, in reading your post, from the grammar I think that you might not be American,? What kind of Visa have you applied for?? Are you a thai national??As I said in my previous reply , ( if you are American) call your representative immediately, they will help you, if you are not , send an email to [email protected] ( i am assuming you visa case has being forwarded to the BKK embassy) make sure to write in the subject line of your email “ IV INQUIRY and your case Number” and in your email explain your situation, and make sure to include, your name , all pertinent information and a telephone number to call you back.

I don't think you will have to restart the whole process again, i think you might be able to reschedule your interview, just get in touch with the embassy ASAP

Don't panic. If you just now got the letter you should be able to reschedule. They will ask why you just got the letter though. I have the same question.

As said by previous post contact the embassy and find out what you can do.
