Luang Prabang in Laos is a nice place; remember Laos is a land locked country so no beaches :)

Scenery however is great, plenty of hotels and nice restaurants.

Bars with female entertainment are rare in Laos (prohibited by law) but if you open your eyes you will easily find them; just watch our for KTV or karaoke.

My 5 cents

you went to Cambodia but not to go to Angkor? disgrace! how about Siem Reap on a cheap weekend. 3 days, 2 nights. can get enough of the temples and nightlife, if you don't mind smooching male tuk-tuk drivers.

Kathmandu is a 3 hour flight. Beijing is very close, good for the Great Wall and peking duck. sounds like you're looking for girls and beers. stick to Thailand, it's the most accomodating :)
