that the thai bank 'k' does not charge for atm withdrawl from an overseas bank, this is the green colored bank, and i think the reason they dont charge is because its goverment owned.

withdrew some money today, and on the slip, no charge.

dont know how long it will last, sorry if theres another thead somewhere else , couldnt find it.
