I've been reading nearly all threads about the tabian baan, but haven't found an answer to my specific questions.

I'm living and working permanently in Thailand. Not married, but have girlfriend and 2 kids.

I own 49 % of our company, the girlfriend 45 %.

I'm the sole director of the company.

The company has a blue housebook. which contains the name of the company, girlfriends- and the childrens names.

As I'm not a resident - I have my anually non B visa extensions.

The family resides in a house belonging to the co.ltd.

Question is: Should I have a yellow house book and what would the advantages be ? How do I get it ?
