I just switched to HSBC Premier card in Thailand and I must say that I'm quite happy with the rewards I'm getting. They have a lot of promotions going on for cash back and 12 times rewards points.

I was wondering if any of you have any tips or experience Amex in Thailand? I've got a US dollar Amex that I don't use in Thailand because of the exchange rate fees. Are there better deals out there than HSBC's? What about Amex Thailand, is it worth considering? How do you maximize reward points for purchase made in Thailand?
