How Much To Hire Full Time Web Designers And Coders?

How much are approximate salaries in Bangkok for the following positions (for Thai nationals):

Web designer 1-3 years experience

Coder/programmer 1-3 years experience in php and MySQL

Both would need to speak reasonable English so that the management could communicate effectively with them.

The lowest salary I discovered was 8000.- Baht p.month and the highest around 40.000 Baht+++

Average was between 15-25K

Someone with English language skill will probably ask for a higher salary.

hard to say but I would suggest 15-20k basic level, 20-25K intermediate level.

you should test writing/reading skills! 2500 on top of the salary.

25+2.500 is a lot for 1-3 years experience only!
