My first attempt did not work, just kept loading and showing some corruption. Did a page reload as mentioned above and it came up ok. Perhaps a major page change and old info still in external caches.

Reimar's link came up first, but extremely slow, thailandpost.com and the thailandpost.com/newweb links loaded after a refresh but very slowly.

and I am on a fast cable connection in the US.

I am in Bangkok and unable load it.

Looks like a roller coaster ride...

Now at my office with a very high speed connection. All the links work but are very slow in completing. One problem, the page is too graphic intensive but worse at least 6 flash banners and a video that auto starts is embedded in the page. Someone needs to have a word with the webmaster, more is not always better.

//edit - I disabled flash and the page loads immediately now.

Have tried 3 browsers with completely different results.

IE8 - normal fast load.

Firefox - starts to load and then timeout.

Chrome - can not even connect.

Don't know if it's the website or my ISP. I can't seem to load any of the pages. I am on TRUE. Lately I'm having trouble accessing most Thai sites, including bangkokbank.com, bangkokpost.com, nationmultimedia.com, etc.
