I would like to hear from people that have opened their own businesses here and how they went about finding and choosing a location for their office.

Outside of the CBD so upper Sukumwit would be ok also other areas such as Ratchada, Lad Prao etc

Around 6-10 staff

Furnished/unfurnished

Access to high speed internet lines (very important)

Access to BTS or MRT

What can we expect to pay for the above?

have you tried the PloenChit centre

they have very nice serviced offices there, start at 20 K a month

Thanks Boater, isnt Ploenchit kinda central though? The majority of our work will be online so just as long as we have access to high speed internet then cbd locations arent necessary. 20K seems like an ok price for there though.
