I am moving from my university room so I need to arrange this before hand as I will be driving down with everything I have, and after my stay looking to move up north. Would like a walled in garden and the house to be furnished. Price wise looking for somewhere affordable. I'm a 25 year old Thai girl, just finished my degree and looking to relax for a few months. Changian Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 I don't think you'll find anywhere with a walled in garden. if you want somewhere that's a bit nicer than a basic bungalow, there are very few houses to rent on Koh Chang, so prices are higher than on other islands. Try these in Kai Bae, quiet area but shops, restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. The beach is about 3 minutes walk. Nicely furnished with free cable TV & wifi. From around 12-15,000 baht/month depending on how long you want it for also have four brand new 1 bed apartments to rent from 9,000 baht/month House photos - Interiors vary, but all of the style seen here.
