:) Everytime i go to INTERNET EXPLORER I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE COME UP NOT SURE IF IT IS MY COMPUTER OR TOT IPSTAR PROBLEM.

I have never seen that dnserror type before and I hope its not some strange setting.  Normally it just can't find the site if set wrong

If you have another type browser to use as option see if it runs.  I always run Opera.  Then you can tell if its a browser or system problem.

Maybe it can not find the dns server which is used to change the name i.e. somewhere.com to a IP address that the internet uses.   In your internet connection check that you have dns set. ToT dns servers are 203.192.33.34  203.146.237.237  

Reccomend you use open dns servers 208.67.222.220 and 208.67.222.222
