What is going on with the Coco workers?

Page 2 of the Samui Express today says there are 100+ people owed money for more than a year? One guy owed more than 1.6 million THB? I will try and scan the article and post here later.

Why are the authorities standing around and doing nothing?

The Coco directors are still walking around Samui as if nothing is wrong, and these people have not been paid?
