Somehow I now get a banner popping up in the bottom right hand corner of my screen telling me about every new incoming yahoo e-mail. It disappears after 2 or 3 seconds.

Since I very often use my notebook for on-line presentations to clients and for teaching I don 't want the banner to be popping up, it's distracting and there are some messages that I consider private and con't want the world to know.

Can other members please advise how to cancel this banner.
