90 Days And Extension Ed

Featured Replies

My son and me have to report ( 90 days) on 25th June.

17 july his "visaclass" "ED" Expired.

What we can do ? both together?

or apply only for extension ED ?

For the 90 days report how many days you can go before?

( we have to go to Mukdahan)

Thanks in advance

He will have to do the report then his extension.

You can report 7 days before or after the report date.

If I read right you are asking if you can do the extension of stay at the same time/trip as you report your 90 days? If you report within 30 days of his current permitted to stay stamp with the required paperwork (which is July 17?) they should be willing to do both as it appears to be within the normal 30 day period for extension of stay.

Thanks Lopburi

It is exact the answer on my question.

We will do it in the same time/trip
