i am living in Cambodia and would love to know, if there are any Places in Pattaya where i can get my Scooter tuned up.

Many People here in Phnom Penh say , yes there are many Places but i am not quiet sure if thats really the case!

So any Informaion about it would be very helpfull, since i am planning to take my Scooter to Pattaya for this Reason.

The Cambodians must get their scooters fixed somewhere. I refuse to believe nobody there can fix a bike.

And for what it's worth, I've been hosed at four different bike shops in Pattaya over the years. So I doubt you will honestly get better service here that would make it worth the drive.
