I got my Thai tax return a couple of weeks ago. I filed mid March.

Haven't recieved US return yet. Filed late April.

Filed in The first week of Feburary and got return(refund) in last week in Feburary.

I got mine recently, though the cheque has misspelled my surname by one character.
