Yes, I think that one day, they will complete the archway. However as you pointed out, many local government construction projects remain unfinished.

I suggest that you lobby your local Pattaya councillor or attend the meetings of the Pattaya Expat Club on Sundays.

What are you on about ? Its finished .The left hand side looking south does not have to be cladded .
