Narujee Car Rent have a good selection of motorbikes, i have only rented cars and pickups, not sure on prices but the owner is fair and gives good discounts for long term rental, Next to Kosa opposite Otop !

On two occasions now I have rented a motorbike from Duan's Restaurant

on Am mart Road near the corner of Na Muang road in the city.

It is a german restaurant and they were very helpful and friendly.

I rented an automatic Honda Click both times with no problems.

Sorry I cannot remember prices but a quick call will put you in the picture.

I think they can also drop the bike off at your hotel.
