joka
i have seen them in stock at future park, rangsit(last week, supposedly last one at the shop i asked) i would think you could find one at MBK or maybe panthip.
Phil Conners
Probably about 50% more than you'd pay for it on Amazon. Not enough competition in this segment I presume.
CDd
Thanks! Do you have website address to those shops?
joka
these shops i've looked at are very small and probably don't have websites. like madsere said, you can save a good deal by shipping from america, though i have never tried this. even though i have been tempted to; some people claim to have no problems getting packages through the mail. Firefoxx
When anything new and anticipated comes to Thailand, it's usually outrageously overpriced. When the PS2 first arrived here, it was sold at around $500 at most shops. If you wait for a while for the PSP to become widespread, the price will drop to a more reasonable level (but NEVER as cheap as in Japan/US). Getting stuff in the mail is never a Sure Thing in Thailand. You might pay somewhat more to use couriers like DHL/Fedex/UPS, but you will probably also end up paying a lot of tax/duties. The best/cheapest way is to just ask a friend who travels a lot to buy it for you and bring it along.
