IF my TGF gets refused, how long to you need to wait to reapply?

Also do the Embassy give you a reason? Or a list of reasons?

Thanks...

They will give you a document with the reasons for refusal on it. You can apply again straight away, but if you don't address the reasons given in the letter it's likely you will be refused again. Too many re-applications & refusals starts to look a bit bad and may count against you, so think and plan wisely. Don't just keep re-applying and re-applying if you have no way to actually address the reasons given.

They can reapply immediately if they want to. As CharlieB says when somebody is refused they are given a document stating exactly why they have been refused. If you are sure you can address that/those points on the document then you shouldn't have a problem. Add all the information they refused your g/f for to the information she supplied before and reapply as soon as you want to.

Two years ago the wife of a friend of mine was refused a visit visa because, due to bad advise from an agent, she only supplied their marriage certificate as proof of their relationship. The visa was refused for that lack of proof so they got together all the proof they had, added a covering letter to explain everything, and reapplied the following day. The visa was issued three days later, without the need for an interview.

Great, I am concerned that she may have missed a document or something stupid.

Another reason is her income, while she is a uni her ex-boyfriend (a millionaire who works in Singapore) gives her 37,000 baht every month, this is paid directly into her account and I reckon might set alarm bells ringing. She has declared this in her application but even to me it seems shady and somewhat strange.

Also out relationship history is quite recent, I have known her for six months and while I have photo's, phone records, passport stamps and boarding passes from the three trips I have made in that time. I did mention her trip to the UK is a TWO WEEK holiday so never really overplayed the relationship.
