June 16, 200917 yr Went to the Department of Consular Affairs, 123 Chaeng Wattana Road,Laksi, Bangkok 10210 today, to apply for a Thai passport for my Thai/Australian 6 month old son. A very easy process, I was in and out of the complex in 40 minutes, including parking. Documents required are; Thai mothers ID card, expat fathers passport & Thai birth certificate. Photos and finger prints of the infant are done at the office. Cost was 1000 baht and it should be ready in 2 days time. Excellent service by the Department of Consular Affairs. http://www.mfa.go.th/web/472.php Edited June 16, 200917 yr by Garry9999
