Can't Download Youtube Videos Anymore

Using IE I used to be fine with Youtube videos.

Today get a message need updated flash or Java script is off.

I tried updating flash and it said download successful.

Don't know about Java.

Any ideas how to get it running again?

This method is appreaciated by most of people cause it's free, but did you guys think at the files quality?? I used to use this method but finally I gave up downloading the files in this way cause the quality was way too awfull.
