Whant To Bring My Fiance To Dubai

Featured Replies

I read all the previous post on this topic, most of the experiencies depicted do not reflect the current UAE inmigration lwas.

I live and work in Dubai with UK pass and resident visa.

Me and my fiance want to live in Dubai, however we cannot figure out how cab she comes here.

She lives in the country side with her small daughter. We plan to marry but I still waiting for the anullment of my existing marriage based on the fact that my ex was already married without divorce when we married.

This is a long process, we are separated since long but my ex does not give me her address; this further delays every procedure.

I understand that to get married I need a certificate from my consul saying I am not married. Due to the fact that my previous marriage is registered with the UK authorities, if I apply for a civil status certificate this fact will not allow me to marry my fiance.

How strict is the Thai marriage office about certificates of single status before they marry us?

It seems that marrying is the only solution. e would not mind a short visa for her to visit the UAE first.

Can anyone here give us a hand with some advice on what to do to be together//

Ragrards.
