You want to park a car on the premises, in front of the house?

Where = anywhere but within 15 minutes w motorbike to Fairy, prefer newer well kept moban.

what = single house 1 floor will do, 2 bedroom. Have some garden - have Golden Retriver pup.

Modern furnished, aircon, hot water, refridgerator.Semi furnished can do if the rent is set accordingly.

No car, only have motorbike.

Anything nice below 15K

2 story house set in a large compound. The compound has 4 houses and is locked at night.

Large master bdr w/private bathroom.

The other two bdr's have a shared bathroom.

Several a/s units. Hot water. Some furniture (can be removed if not needed).

Very large fenced yard.

Nice kitchen. Large living room.

I think there is a phone line already there.

About 25 meters to the road. On a Song taew route.

3-4 minutes to Fairy by m/c.

It'a an older home but well maintained. The owner lives in one of the houses and fixes things as needed without a hassle.

8k with a two month deposit.
