Hi all my friend from pakistan is going to china on june 28 by thaiairways he do not have visa can he get transit Visa on Arraival? thanks

If his flight arrangements are such that he does not have to leave the transit area of the airport he will not need a visa. He should conntact Thai airways for info about his flight arrangements.

If he has to leave the transit are of the airport he would have to get the visa at the embassy or consulate before he leaves because he is not eligible for a visa on arrival. Contact info for the embassy and consulate can be found on this webpage. http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2712.php

As said he does not need a Visa if he stays in the transit area. Otherwise Pakistan nationals are not entitled to VOA. OR Visa Exempt Entry.
