Sad, deport this poor soul, my goodness Thailand has enough poor beggars of it own in the streets. This yet another reason while Immigration require proof of income/money in a Thai Bank for a 12 month extension, this may not apply in this case I can on guess what things would be like for long stay farangs without this requirement.
