l am back in my european home country & have just obtained a 1 year non-immigrant visa 'B' from the local thai consulate,

the fee was 120 euro, did l pay too much?

also, next week l am flying back to Bangkok, but only for 1 day, then flying onto the Philipines for a month, b4 returning to Bangkok again for a longtime, will l need a re-entry permit or multi-entry permit?

if l don't get that will my new visa 'B' still be valid when l return to Bangkok the second time?

if anything is required, will l have enough time to obtain it?

Price is about right. Fee is 5000 baht.

Since you have a multiple entry visa you do not need a re-entry permit. You can leave and re-enter as many times as you want for as long as the visa is valid getting 90 days each entry.

You need nothing more than your passport.
