Westerner
I'm with 1-2-call and get one months credit for 300 baht. I don't use my phone a lot and find I am having to put money in just to keep it going. Does anybody have a card which gives more credit than one month for 300 baht? Thanks W. webfact
If you may try Happy Dprompt (DTAC). You can extend your credit up to 1y. Dial twice *113*180# Not sure it works immediately after purchase of a phone card, or you must have used Dprompt for 3 month - so maybe other users can clarify this point. lothda
I suggest this one. Main point: "At any amount of topping up, you will get credit validity extension up to 1 year." Works fine for me since 2007.
Westerner
Thanks for that. The SIMple Sim from Happy sounds ideal. Are the top-up cards available from most local shops, 7-11 etc? Thanks. W.
lothda
Yes, you can buy the top-up cards at the usual shops and supermarkets. If you have a Thai bank account you can also top-up by ATM and Internet banking. Edited June 25, 2009 by lothda
