ubonjoe Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 He has to have a job to get a work permit. Unless he want's to go through the time and expense of setting up company. If he finds a job his employer will know what is required to get the work permit. He can get a tourist visa and travel to here and look for a job. PoorSucker Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 Get a non-immigrant O visa from hull first. If they come on a tourist visa they cannot get a work permit and must go to neighboring country to get a non immigrant visa first. That will save them a meaningless visa run.
