Child Friendly Banks In Los.

Last year, Bangkok Bank braught out a plan where one could get 4% intrest.

The requirements were to put a minimum of 50,000 Baht for 6 months in this account.

I opened such an account for my child.

But after the 6 months, the savings account went to a poor 2,5% interest.

Bangkok Bank had in the meantime launched other plans for their Savings Accounts.

One with 3,5%, tax-free, for children was very interesting.

But the director didn't want to open again an account for my child and wanted to see first all kind of impossible documents from my Embaassy.

Does anybody know of another Thai Bank which offers high interest rates on savings accounts (for children).
