HI I subscribe to CAT's CDMA connection. I don't pay attention to which months I get a bill or don't but now all of a sudden I got bills for months Feb, Mar, April, and a few days later May with a note in Thai apologizing.

I have shoddy records but it would appear that i have paid a few of them but I am not sure as it usually took 2 months 2 get a bill and the invoice numbers dont match up on the receipt.

I called today and never got through.

Yes, I checked my bills and everything was fine.

The letter explains that CAT restructured their billing system, so that from now on customers should receive their bills regularly and on time.

My previous bill prior to the 4-month billing post was more than 2 months before.

Also, my first bill was sent about 3 months after beginning service with CAT.

Seems like they intend to do things a bit more promptly from now on (at least the billing part.)

I got 3 bills. I thought foul play because I remembered having paid 2 bills in April. Call center confirmed that I paid for Jan and Feb in April (!), and now paid for March, April and May.

I went to CAT to unsubscripted and it happens to me also

They tried to tell me that if I pay for those 3 months then its OK, but I told them I have payed all the invoice the have sent me every month so I dont have anything to pay.

I went home and took all the bills from the start and showed them but the answer they had the computers say I have to pay, so I asked If they where stupid all bills a here and they are payed for so I sign the paper to close .

an d they also tried from BKK but I told them I been to the CAT office in CNX and showed them all Receipts that I dont Have to pay anything.

Conclusion stupid people in Cat office.

CAT is not well organised.

On several occasions I have had my international phone connection cut off for unpaid bills,

WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED.

This is despite the fact that the postal system is also part of CAT.
