Can someone please let me know the minimum number of annual leaves allowed under Thai Law for Expats working under Work Permit in any company in Thailand.

Expat or local, the law is the same:

- 6 days minimum of annual leave

- 13 days of public holiday

- 30 days of sick leave

- One day off a week

Companies I have worked for dont give any!!!!!! where can you complain to...???
