"I require someone that has either personal or business bank account in thailand in one of the recognized banks and has deposits of over $15,000,000 USD.

I would only require a letter from the holder of the account that funds are there and for that service willing to pay some real good money. I will NOT pay upfront fee to any one but upon completion of the service I will pay decent amount of cash.

-Account in any recognized bank in Thailand.

-Account holder only shows the money in USD/GBP in excess of $15,000,000 or equivelant

-The money is not touched or transfered to any one. Stays in account holders account.
