Hi just a quick question if you are changing from a multiple entry 12 month O visa to a retirement visa

1. do you have to apply 30 days from the date your visa ends or 30 days from when your final extension ends ie 15 months?

2. Do you have to deposit the 800000 baht into your Thai bank account 60 days from the date your visa ends or 60 days from when your final extension ends ie 15 months?

You have to apply within the last 30 days of any "permitted to stay stamp". If you use your visa to the end, that means within the last 30 days of your 15 months.

The money has to be in the bank 60 days before the day you go to apply for the extension.

It is always before your current permitted to stay date. The visa date only applies to entry into Thailand.
