igu Posted July 9, 2009 Share Posted July 9, 2009 Hi there I have some old video8 and video hi8 cassettes but not the camera anymore and I try since weeks to find a shop in chiang mai who can copy them to dvd. Theres a shop that does video format conversions, but im not sure as to video8. Theyre on the ground floor by the Bangkok bank, torwards the rear of the complex. I have a video player that I brought over from England. Had it repaired and works fine. So if you want to link up, pm me. Must tell you that when converting analogue to digital, expect a substantial loss in quality. Also that my player is pal 25fps system.
