Visa Duration And Ability For Another 30 Day Visa

Featured Replies

I am planning on going to Thailand for a period of 60 days and have purchased a airticket to stay for 60 days but I beleive the Visa I get on arrival only allows 30 days (I am an Aussie) so how do to go about staying 60 days, Or do I need to apply for 60 day tourist Visa before going ?

When I arrive and I have a airticket that states I will not be leaving for 60 days will this be an issue as well ? if I don't have a 60 day Tourist Visa

It's not really a visa that you receive upon arrival, but a "visa exempt entry" for 30 days. Probably easier to apply for a Tourist Visa, otherwise you would need to exit the country, and re-enter by air, or two times by land.

You will need a Tourist Visa. They are free at the moment so no problem.

The airline may refuse you entry to the flight without a Visa.

:D:D No Problem !

Go to your nearest Thai consulates office and apply for a 60 day tourist visa .

Free as from 25th July thru to March 2010.

Just received mine, (NZ ) couriered back to me no charge for that either :)
