Yest there are very strict rules on cybercrime in Thailand.

They do not go about nosing in everyone's PC, but if a serious crime has been committed they will come down hard! Has been done already!

Just a quick reminder that no illegal stuff is to be discussed here!

There's a translation of the Thai computer crime act in the forums here somewhere (can't remember the title, sorry). It basically makes unauthorised access, manipulation or damage/destruction of data/computer facilities illegal, I think it would cover most things.

I am not going to commit any crime, Just want to know more about laws.

let me be a little more specific about cyber crime

is a credit card hacker safe in Thailand ? or sooner or later would be arrested by authorities
