Hi, i'm looking for locally made whey protein powder, but not sure where to get those. I'm not talking about those expensive body builders protein shake which is ridiculously expensive.

You can get the US made instant organic oatmeal from Foodland. 180 baht for 8 packs.

YOu can also get the malaysian made instant oatmeal tub for 110 baht. This one is worth the price.

Many pharamacies seem to stock Pro-Flex which is made in Thailand but still expensive at about 1,300 baht for a 900 gm tub.

Hope this helps.

If anyone knows any more places to get some , please tell

It expensive because Thailand doesnt produce it. Thailand does not have a good dairy industry.

Oatmeal you can get in the Tesco lotus. I mix it with my protein shakes.

Tired of the bad whey protein sold in BKK, optimum and GNC brands, I imported some high quality protein. 4 pounds of Nitrotech Hardcore, 64 servings per container, 3600 baht. Its expensive, but still cheaper than GNC. Its more expensive than Optimum Nutrition, but you get what you pay for.

Send a reply if you want to buy. 3600 baht
