I will go to Ho Chi Min for Non Imm B Visa, can I get Visa on arrival in Ho Chi Min, if so what do I need (cost, photo's etc), also what is the current cost for the Non Imm B Visa and how many pictures are required?

Believe the only way to obtain visa on arrival is to make application online first - there are several agencies selling them if you Google. Believe single entry non immigrant visas should be about 2,000 baht everywhere. Do not recall any information about requirements there except they normally ask to see your ticket out of Vietnam.

Just for anyone esle who may have popped in I found the embassy website eventually, its 1600 baht for 30 day visa, I can download the form and submit at the embassy on wireless road, they will stamp my passport allowing entry
