i want to register a company in thailand . a company told me that they will take money and do it for me

i want know i can apply non-img visa after i have been a registered company ?

what is conditions and rules

that company is doing legal thing? because they charge me money and they will do all things

I always advise peopel to have a look around on this site:

As for the registration process, I woud recommend shopping around and compare prices with different law firms that can do this for you.

With a company you can get a multiple non-B visa, good for 1 year.

When you have the company.

You must apply first for a work Permit.

Requirements are 2 million Baht in capital, 4 Thai employees (paying taxes and social security), VAT registration.

They didnt tell me about 2million baht ,

they just told me they will register company for $2000

and i can get visa with it

it is difference with investment

what is your idea ?
