I recently had the opportunity to stay in a new hotel run by Mr OBNOXIOUS himself and his lovely thai girlfriend.He has lived in LOS for 2-3 years on a tourist visa on passports from 2 neighbouring british countries, as he informs me.He himself does all the western bookings, as she has limited english capabilities, does airport and bus station pick-ups and general cleaning and maintenance duties in the hotel..all very open and casual.One day in conversation i asked about his :work permit"..."Dont have one, dont need one" he says.F... them all is his attitude.!One day apparently some "officer" came and asked him about his permit.and"i told him where to go etc,etc, and generally made the officer out to be a big dummy, made a joke about it all and now brags openly about it all!!I have friends who did "the right thing" regards working in LOS and they can not beleive this or understand how he gets away with it.Any ideas, or maybe he just pays "Tea money".?Any ideas, maybe we don't know something he knows..HE 100%DOES NOT HAVE WORK PERMIT, and SHE is the owner not HE,[ lucky guy, usually the reverse huh!] apparently he invested a very small amount..does this matter? Confused..

No ,the creep doesn't access this forum..IQ too low for that!!Knows nothing about anything,except he and HIS hotel...would be nice to see him answer to another Thai officer..{maybe without the TEA money]
