I have 4 pages left in my uk passport and it has loads of old visas for entry to Thailand.I need to do a visa run next month to Laos for a 60 day tourist visa from Thai embassy Vintienne.

If i get new passport before i go do i have to go and transfer all my old thai visa to my new passport or can i go out on my cancelled passport and get new visa in my new passport and re-enter thereby only using one page in my new passport?

A canceled passport is invalid for travel - your current permitted to stay stamp and a note of previous passport must be entered into the new passport.
