So it definetly means they decided already?? Does it mean that she doesn't have to attend an interview? Or would it of said that on the application tracker that she had to attend an interview? 1 bad thing is the contact number we gave them for my g/fs mobile number is broken, I mean the phone is broken and we are without a phone.
