Deleting Favourites On Internet Explorer

I have Windows vista home premium, i am trying to tidy up my favourites on msn toolbar , i right click , delete and then delate recycle bin where they have been placed after deleting. the next day they all re appear4 on my favourites , please help

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
