A Good Professional "home" Printer

Flow

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Is there such thing as printing your own posters for advertising purposes "at home"? They needn't be perfect. They just need to be good, and I reckon I'll be able to save a few Baht by doing it at home myself. Besides I only need 50 or so...

Anyone recommending a good printer that prints decent posters?

Thanks

A4 is about the size of "letter". A3 and A2 are bigger. Pretty much all printers (except for the photo-size printers) can print A4, since that's a normal sheet of paper.

Also, you're asking for a "pro" "home" printer? Don't these two things contradict each other? There are consumer printers that can print very close to "pro" quality. The Canon Pixmas are pretty good, especially the ones with 8 colors. Cost around 8-12k baht.

If you actually want good prints (photo-like) then you'll need to buy good photo paper, and that's not cheap. 50 sheets will set you back a couple thousand baht. If you print full size prints, you'll probably use up all the included ink, maybe more.
