Grateful if someone could translate in english what is written on the attached image.

haven't got a clue what the middle word ต่ล is but the rest could mean, very mixed up or too meddlesome or annoying, too much trouble etc.

Looks like ยุ่งต่อไป which would mean something like 'continue to be busy' or 'continues to mess/meddle with', 'remains meddlesome'.

Without more context I don't think it gets more exact than that, unless it's a fixed expression I am not familiar with.

Meadish is right. More context is needed to get an accurate idea of what is trying to be conveyed. If it is ยุ่งต่อไป It could mean "The next hassle" maybe?

Thanks for the replies. all of that makes sense. As for the context, that's just a status someone put on his instant messaging status. I guess that person is busy with boring stuff to do.
