New Social Security Fee In Thailand

I've learned that the social security rate has been cut down to 3% of total salary (from 5%) for both the employer and the employee, with a maximum salary calculation at 15,000 baht. This means that the maximum to pay for SS on both sides now is 450 baht instead of 750 baht.

Anyone knows where to find a text that confirms this?

Minimum for one Thai is 6,100 a month I have three Thai's and pay 1,200 a month.

Nothing changed as i know yet.
