July 27, 200917 yr As I was passing the Lek Hotel on Pattaya 2nd Road today, thousands of gallons of water was gushing down all sides of the building from the roof. There were lots of rubber-neckers outside and a lot of panic and shouting but what actually had happened? Does anyone know?

July 27, 200917 yr Most water supply is held in tanks on the roof . My guess is that one of these has big problems eg broken pump or a broken storage tank .
