I have no idea how long it might take. currently I am SOFA sponsored (military) but I also am still a registered alien here fom when I went to Japanese University what is my best bet to apply under? If I apply under my alien status will the require a letter from my old japanese school which will be impossible from what i understand they would want.
July 28, 200917 yr I would be asking that of the University you intend to attend. It is there job to advise you. Expect most people obtain a visa locally in Malaysia but not sure. In that case it would be next workday.
