The Thai word is: การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับต่อมไร้ท่อ

-ology often corresponds with the suffix วิทยา or ศาสตร์. For example, I found "ต่อมไร้ท่อวิทยา" on the website of the Endocrinology Research Laboratory of Chiang Mai University, but that term may not be standardized. It shows 555 hits on the web, not a huge number. But also not a huge field.

The endocrine system is ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ.

For endocrinologist there are a few possibilities (the ones with the most Google hits in bold):

แพทย์โรคต่อมไร้ท่อ = 290 hits

แพทย์โรคระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ = 2 hits

แพทย์ต่อมไร้ท่อ = 295 hits

แพทย์ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อ = 79 hits

I couldn't find 'endocrinology' in any of my reference books. I did find 'endocrine' as an adjective

1. secreting internally into the blood or lymph.
