Problem is I don't own a Toyota Camry and never have

Without using too many brain cells (limited availability), I would guess that your mobile number matches or is very close to the mystery camry owner. Or they are trying to be sneaky and get you to buy a camry, based on the fact that even at 110,000 the service is free....na they ain't that clever.

Find someone with a high mileage camry and offer them a cut price service.

Red tape, beaurocratic, computer glich....been known to happen to corporations
